
Case study - myFacet5 app (soft launch)
Supporting self-awareness through clear and simple, communication.
The initial launch was a soft release, aimed at understanding user response and informing future development. To support this phase, a range of communication materials was created, including print assets, email design and copy, social media content, web banner ads, and a short 2D animated explainer video. Each piece was designed to introduce the app and help users understand its purpose and value.
